Reference solution standards of radiopharmaceutical nuclides
are supplied in standard P6 vials for accurate, traceable,
calibration of the radionuclide calibrators.
These solutions are traceable to national standards (including
NIST, PTB, NPL, etc).
Each source is supplied with a UKAS or DKD Certificate of
measurement stating:
- Activity
- Reference date
- Measurement uncertainty
- Gamma-ray emitting impurities
- Traceability
These solutions are manufactured in the United Kingdom and
in Germany. They are only available in selected countries
due to the short half life and the activity content. At present
an annual delivery scheme is available for hospitals in Germany.
A delivery scheme will be soon available for hospitals in
the United Kingdom as well.
