The Model 3009A survey meter is a specialized instrument
designed for industrial radiography. It meets the requirements
of Title 10, Part 34 of the Code of Federal Regulations
(requirements for radiographers). It features an energy
compensated, internal detector capable of accurately detecting
a broad range of exposure rates and photon energies. A
top-mounted, splash-proof speaker is provided, as well as
separate calibration controls for each range.
Features:
• Speaker for easier and more reliable surveys
•
Internal detector design protects GM tube from
rough
Handling and results in less down time
• Separate
calibration controls for each range
• Meets 10CFR34
requirements
